Getting To Know The Founders Behind The Positive Empire
TRANEIR FRAISER
Meet our very own founder Mr. Traneir Fraiser! He is a South Carolina native born in 1989. He was a student athlete (football) at Fork Union Military Academy (Fuma), and continued his education at Gardner-Webb University and Shaw University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree.
Fraiser comes from a family full of educators. His father is a principal and several of his other family members work in the education field so he knows the ins and outs of engaging with kids! As a teenager he became a mentor in a youth foundation called ‘Big Brother Mentorship Program’ and went on to college where he discovered his true passion for kids while working as a youth counselor for the YMCA, impacting hundreds of kids at a time with his 'Mr. T Fun Friday Activity Day’. Little did he know the P.O.P.A. Program was being birthed right under his nose. Now his very own Program that he helped create impacts thousands of kids around the country.
He said one of his highest aspirations is to impact millions of kids not just in the U.S. but around the world through his program which he knows his grandmother is very proud of because she’s one of the most influential people who instilled the giving back spirit in him!
Crystal Kay
Meet our very own co-founder Ms. Crystal Kay! She is a North Carolina native born in 1990 and graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2012.
From the words of Crystal “I saw a vision at a very young age that I would start my own non-profit serving the youth. I wrote a check out to it for $100,000 and put it in my security lock box because I strongly believed that the vision would come into fruition and that the non-profit would one day receive a donation of that size!” She fell completely in love with positively impacting the lives of children while working as a camp counselor in high school. Crystal also volunteered her time at the Boys and Girls Club mentoring the youth while finding every opportunity to give back to kids. “I would reach out to different non-profits begging them if I could give the children donated items in person because I didn’t at the least bit enjoy just handing them off to the representative who received the items at the organization, I wanted to be in their presence to see the glow in their eyes”, Crystal said.
Crystal has a profound passion for giving back through positive initiatives and found EVOLution to be a rewarding avenue to reach people throughout the world. The mission of EVOLution is the driving force behind why she is so passionate about the positive change this platform will continuously promote!
