EVOLution Programs were first inspired by the senseless trend of school shootings and bullying in hopes to shine a more positive light for students to see showing them the true essence of unity and brotherly love among their peers. Our founders Fraiser and Crystal have a passion for kids and bringing people together and created Programs that leave a POSITIVE IMPACT on people’s lives around the country through our Power of Positivity Assembly (P.O.P.A.) Program, EVOLution Agriculture Initiative, and P.O.P.A. Parades that empower and motivate people to push themselves towards being more in tune with their positive side in a fun, uplifting, and high energy atmosphere. We encourage not only the kids to get involved during our programs, but also adults and by doing so we have the privilege to impact both demographics at our events. We would like to thank the New York Yankees franchise and the Tampa Tarpons baseball organization for creating a partnership with our program to make an everlasting impact on a little princess and her family’s life!
EVOLution P.O.P.A. Program Hosts Outstanding Students To Buccaneers Game
Whoever said girls don’t like football? These young ladies were selected as the 'outstanding students' from their school and through our Program we were able to host these AMAZING princesses to their first ever NFL game sponsored by Buccaneers well known offensive lineman Donovan Smith who made this surprise reward a memory they will carry with them for life!

Our program STRIVES to create PRICELESS MOMENTS like these for kids every chance we get! Not many kids can say they had the opportunity to attend a large televised college basketball game in an arena with the spotlight on them during the halftime show while thousands of people cheer them on!

Providing A Hands On Experience
Through our Agriculture Program we are able to teach fundamentals of how to plant properly and maintaining the upkeep of a garden and how beautification is important not just in gardening and farming but in life.
The Importance of Working Together
Provide students the opportunity to come together through an agricultural experience of harvesting and planting, building together, and cooperating as a student body
Teaching Entrepreneurship Through Agriculture
Our Program teaches students business skills through growing produce such as vegetables and fruits that can be sold to earn finances through the agricultural market expanding their understanding of entrepreneurship.

This Halloween was very special because our team had the opportunity to impact the students through our P.O.P.A. Parades Program in full character, dressed up in costumes, and providing the students and their families with a fun filled time in a cool and creative way.

This event at Kipp Central Academy in New Orleans was high energy! The students and staff got a chance to come together at the assembly and have a fabulous time with special guests Tulane Spirit Squad.
